Voice notes and reactions

Sometimes a voice note says it better than text.

Record a voice note

• Tap and hold the microphone icon to record, then release to send.
• Slide up to lock recording so you can speak hands‑free, then tap send.
• Tap the speaker icon on a received note to have it read aloud, or speed it up with the playback control.

React to a message

Long‑press any message and pick an emoji to react — a quick way to acknowledge something without sending a new message.
