Storage and media quality

Photos and videos are what fill a phone. KT gives you a say in both what arrives and how it's sent.

Upload quality

Under Settings → Chats → Media upload quality, choose between Standard (faster to send, smaller) and HD (best quality, larger). You can also pick per photo when you send it.

Auto-download

Decide what downloads automatically on mobile data versus Wi-Fi. Turning videos off on mobile data usually saves the most.

Free up space

Clearing a chat removes its media from your device while keeping the conversation, and deleting a chat removes both. Anything backed up can still be restored later.
