Organise your inbox

Hover a chat (or press and hold on your phone) and open its menu to keep the list under control.

• Pin — keep up to five chats at the top.
• Archive — move a chat out of the main list without deleting it. Archived chats live in their own section.
• Mute — silence notifications for eight hours, a week or always.
• Favourite — add a chat to the Favourites filter.
• Mark as read / unread — clear a badge, or flag a chat to come back to.
• Add to list — file chats into your own lists, which then appear in the ⌄ filter.

Clear everything at once

The ⋮ menu at the top of the chat list has Mark all as read.
