• Switch between voice and video mid‑call, mute your mic, or flip the camera from the call screen.

If a call won't connect

• Check you have a stable internet connection (Wi‑Fi or mobile data).
• Make sure KT has microphone and camera permission in your device settings.
• Ask the other person to confirm they aren't in airplane mode or low‑data mode.
