Labels

Tag a chat — New customer, Paid, Order complete — and filter your inbox by label. Labels are private to you; customers never see them.

Quick replies

Save the answers you type over and over and insert one in a couple of keystrokes, then edit before sending.

Broadcasts

Send one message to many customers at once. Each person receives it as a normal one-to-one message and replies come back to you privately — nobody sees who else was on the list. You'll see how many were delivered and read.

Only message people who agreed to hear from you: unsolicited broadcasts get reported, and reports lead to account limits.
