Create and run a channel

A channel is a one-way feed: you post, your followers read. Nobody can reply into the feed, which makes it right for updates rather than conversation.

Create one

1. Open the Channels tab and choose Create channel.
2. Add a name, description and icon, and choose whether it's public or private.

Grow it

• Share your channel's link — anyone who opens it can follow with one tap.
• Public channels also appear in the channel directory and in search.

Manage it

The channel's info panel holds your followers, your pending join requests and your settings. Admins can pin a post, edit or delete posts, and promote other followers to admin or editor.
