Group your chats into lists

Lists are your own filters over the inbox: Family, Work, Football — whatever you actually use.

Make one

1. Open the ⌄ chip at the end of the filter row and choose New list.
2. Name it and pick the chats and contacts that belong in it.

Use it

Your lists appear in that same ⌄ menu. Pick one and the inbox shows only those chats, with its own unread count.

Manage

Rename or delete a list from the same menu. Deleting a list never deletes chats — they simply return to the main inbox.
