Set up a business profile and catalogue

A business account gives your customers the things they usually have to ask for: what you sell, when you're open and how to reach you.

Your profile

Add your business name, category, description, address, opening hours, website and email. Customers see it at the top of the chat, before they even message you.

Your catalogue

1. Open Business → Catalogue and add a product or service.
2. Give each one photos, a price and a description.

Customers browse the catalogue from your profile and can send a product straight into the chat to ask about it — so you both know exactly which item is being discussed.
